How NickClaeboe.com handles contact inquiries, analytics, cookies, and visitor information.
Information collected through the contact form
When you submit the project inquiry form, the site asks for your name, email address, project type, budget range, timeline, project details, and optional phone number. The submission is sent by email to nick.claeboe@nickclaeboe.com.
How contact information is used
Contact form information is used to review your inquiry, reply to you, scope potential work, and maintain appropriate business records. It is not sold or used to create public accounts.
Email delivery
The contact form sends email through Gmail using OAuth-based authentication. The visitor email address is used as the reply-to address so Nick can respond directly.
Spam prevention and security
The form uses spam-prevention and abuse controls, including reCAPTCHA, CSRF tokens, honeypot checks, timing checks, validation, and rate limiting. These controls may process technical information such as IP address, browser signals, and request metadata to distinguish legitimate inquiries from automated abuse.
Analytics and cookies
The site uses Google Tag Manager. Analytics and third-party scripts may use cookies or similar technologies depending on the tags configured in that container and your browser settings.
Sharing
Personal information is not sold. Information may be shared only with service providers needed to operate the website, process email delivery, protect the site, comply with law, enforce site policies, or protect rights and safety.
Children
This website and its services are intended for people who are at least 13 years old.
